The ECA stack: Ephedrine, Caffeine, Aspirin
Ma Huang (Ephedrine) - It is mostly used to prevent attacks of bronchial astma. It relieves nasal congestion (blocked nose), and can raise the blood pressure. Ephedrine used in drugs such as Hydroxycut and Xenadrine is extracted from Ma Huang, a chinese herb used in traditional medicine. The maximum dosage of Ephedrine for a healthy adult is no more than 100 mg in a 24 hour period for not more than 12 weeks.
Guarana (Caffeine), willow bark (Aspirin) - Guarana and willow bark are the herbal form of caffeine and aspirin, respectively. Guarana has been shown to stimulate fat stores (burning fat). Caffeine increases mental alertness, and accelerates the effect of Ephedrine. That's why these 3 (ECA) combined are so effective.
