Metabogenic Side Effects

Most of the side effects that occur with fat burners are associated with products containing ephedrine, not synephrine. Since Metabogenic does not contain ephedrine, it is virtually free of side effects. However, caffeine can have side effects on its own for sensitive individuals, but nowhere near the number caused by ephedrine. Some of the adverse reactions that people occasionally experience from taking caffeine, and thus Metabogenic side effects are:

• nervousness
• rapid heart rate
• headaches
• jitters
• insomnia, and
• increased blood pressure

Although you might assume these are Metabogenic side effects specifically, these reactions are common to all fat burners that contain caffeine.
