Protonix Side Effects

While Protonix is generally well tolerated there are some side effects, the most common of which is headache.

Other recorded Protonix side effects include:

• headache
• asthenia
• back pain
• chest pain
• neck pain
• flu syndrome
• insomnia
• anxiety
• dizziness
• hypertonia

However, it should again be noted that these occured in a vast minority of patients and that Protonix is generally well tolerated.
