Trim Spa Weight Loss Program
Weight loss has been shown to be an altogether easier affair with TrimSpa. Here is a program that is designed to help you maximize TrimSpa effects:
Week 1
The first week of the program is used to assess your tolerance of the product and ease into its powerful fat burning effects. Take 1 tablet in the morning. You should notice a slight increase in energy.
Week 2
Take 1 tablet in the morning and 1 tablet in the mid-morning (approximately 3 hours later). Individual effects will, of course, vary. Some my find that this dose level is sufficient and may choose to remain at this level throughout the program.
Weeks 3-10
Take 1 tablet in the morning, 1 tablet in the mid-morning (approximately 3 hours later), and 1 tablet mid-afternoon. For example, if you wake up and take your first tablet at 7:00 AM, you can take your second tablet at 10:00 AM and your third and final tablet of the day at 2:30 PM. You can adjust to your own schedule, but try not to take your last tablet any later than 4:00 PM as this could interfere with your sleep later that evening.
Week 11
Take 1 tablet in the morning and 1 tablet around noon. You're beginning to cycle off the product.
Week 12
Take 1 tablet in the morning.
