One tablet of Trim Spa contains 520 mg of "thermogenic herbal concentrates" with:
- guarana seed extract yielding 60 mg of caffeine
- ma huang extract providing 15 mg of ephedrine
- ginger root
- black pepper
- long pepper
- spirulina
- cayenne pepper
- kola nut
- Siberian ginseng root
- cinnamon twig
- lemon verbana
- chamomile flower
- licorice root
- tangerine peel
- chicory root.
Each Trim Spa tablet also has 83.4 mg of a lipotropic blend with lecithin, inositol, choline bitartrate and DL-methionine.
Included in Trim Spa is also is 33.5 mg of an "appetite control blend" consisting of:
- peppermint leaf
- fennel seed
- bladderwrack kelp
- L-glutamine
- DL-phenylalanine
- rosemary
- L-tyrosine
- bitter melon extract.
Additionall, in each Trim Spa tablet are:
- 100 mg of glucosamine sulfate
- Gymnema sylvestre providing 1.25 mg of gymnemic acids
- 100 mcg of chromium dinicotinate glycinate
And small amounts of vitamin B6, zinc, manganese and vanadium.
