Most of the side effects that occur with fat burners are associated with products containing ephedrine, not synephrine. Since Zantrex-3 does not contain ephedrine, Zantrex-3 side effects are marginal. However, caffeine can have side effects on its own for sensitive individuals, but nowhere near the number caused by ephedrine. Some of the adverse reactions that people occasionally experience from taking caffeine, and are therefore Zantrex-3 side effects, are:

• nervousness
• rapid heart rate
• headaches
• jitters
• insomnia, and
• increased blood pressure

Although you might assume these are Zantrex-3 side effects specifically, these reactions are common to all fat burners that contain caffeine.
